The Wi-Fi environment was very poor and I was not able to make any LINE calls during my stay. Even when I told the staff that I couldn't make calls, they just said that it couldn't be that and showed no intention of improving the situation. It was very inconvenient. Water was only provided on the first day and was not available for consecutive nights. The room was cold, so I had to put on a bathrobe over my futon when I went to sleep.

I stayed in this hotel for two days in Rome. Girls traveling alone should stay in better hotels within their means. The hotel felt very safe and the breakfast was good. I was so hungry at night that I didn't dare go out because it was too late, so I tried the room service and it felt so-so. Overall, it was good.
