Staff in reception were very friendly and kind . Hotel room very small . Very noisy . The hotel is quiet close distance to the Trevi fountain and other landmarks .

We booked a small double, room was clean, it had a kettle, small fridge (but took ages to get things slightly cold),air con ,but they should not be classed as hotels,They are B&Bs..it was quiet enough,you could hear other room using there toilet so clear! Which wasn't great😂 doors where noisy closing but we were so tired it was ok.it just would have been nice after a long day exploring to go back to hotel for a drink before bed. Hotel was very central..10 mins to trevi fountain,termini station.15mins to Spanish steps,25mins to colleseum.

The BEST location! We stayed for 4 nights and it's such a central location to walk to everything- was ideal! Friendly welcome from reception staff. Lovely breakfast. We had the superior double with view (we upgraded directly with hotel ahead of arriving which was very simple to do) A lovely sized room. Very comfy bed. Lovely bathroom with a bath. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The road outside wasn't an issue, the windows were very good at blocking sound. However heavy doors slamming and people chatting loudly in the corridors was irritating (not the hotels fault, guests should be more considerate when it's so late!!). We were on the third floor so used the lift a few times - it's very small. You'd have no chance if you are clostraphobic! There are 5 floors so request a lower floor if you are unable to manage lots of stairs. Overall, we'd recommend for being clean, friendly, comfortable & location
