Early check-in, platinum upgrade, late check-out, and free storage are all available. The hotel staff are very service-minded, and the room is clean and quiet. My mother and father stayed here however, prior to their visit i requested a bottle of prosecco be ordered and a birthday message be arranged for their arrival as it was to celebrate my mothers birthday. I emailed the hotel and Maria on the Front desk was really helpful in accomodating the request. The process was super easy to do from the UK, a payment link was emailed to me and my mum was surprised to see a bottle of prosecco. Additional chocolates and a birthday message was displayed on the bed too! Thank you Maria, this was really appreciated and she loved the surprise!

Have tried to cancel reservation but keep getting errors when trying to do so on hotel's web portal. Hotel will not cancel on my behalf as I need to but unable to access my reservation on links provided and do so on portal which I am unable to access. No help at all from hotel. Shouldn't be that hard to cancel a reservation when trip has been postponed. Do not book or stay here.
