Oltre alla terrazza che si avvale di una vista unica al mondo, l ingrediente segreto di questo posto magico è Francesca persona di grande professionalità, disponibilità e umanità. Abbiamo assistito ad una scena commuovente dove 2 clienti " grandi" chiedevano un tavolo. Oltre ad averli ospitati con un sorriso accogliente ,li ha accompagnati al tavolo, li ha fatti accomodare e si è presa cura di loro rassicurandoli in tutto e per tutto. Siamo clienti da poco tempo, da quando dei nostri amici ci hanno indirizzati a fare un aperitivo e provare la pinsa , ma siamo rimasti incantati da tutto questo mix tra arte, storia, fede e culinarieta' servita nello stesso momento su un vassoio d argento. La pinsa fa invidia alle migliori pinserie di Roma , super quella al prosciutto!! Consiglio vivamente come il miglior " TETTO DI ROMA!!".

Sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Extra auch ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Vatikan und Petersplatz gebucht. Das hat sich gelohnt. Sehr netter Service und auch die Frühstücksauswahl war gut. Die Dame, die uns bedient hat, beeindruckte mich wegen ihres sehr persönlichen Service enorm. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Auch das Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Vatikan hat schon etwas. Das Essen war sehr lecker (Carbonara).

Location was unbeaten, just a few steps from St Peter’s Square. Security was good as you should have to go through security cam before entering into hotel. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was excellent, both service and food. I would like to thank you the staff at the restaurant who offered her best service to my teenage boy. Hints: terrance from the hotel could view papal audience without jamming into the square. Room size was expected - tiny.

This hotel falsifies bookings and then commits fraud by stealing money. I had to cancel a booking after the cancellation date and had no problem with paying the penalty of the first nights stay. However I suddenly discovered that I had a second booking in my name that I have absolutely no record of. I even checked with my work IT if they had withheld any emails from Residenza Paolo VI on their server to which I was reassured that they had not. The staff were impatient with me from two phone calls I had to make to them from Australia. They told me how busy they were. DO NOT STAY THERE. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE FRAUDULENT.

Un hôtel magnifiquement situé mais qui ne dispose pas de services dignes d un 4 étoiles En effet entre 10h00 et 16h00, il n y a aucun service et il est impossible d avoir une boisson eau café ou autre De plus le petit dej est servi normalement à compter de 7h00 et sur notre séjour de 5 jours il n a ouvert que vers 7h20 Le personnel est décevant Vraiment dommage

• Fantastic little hotel situated within The Vatican City • Great location to visit everything Rome has to offer. The reception staff are super helpful too with their advice and recommendations • Our room was small but very clean and comfortable • Breakfast was fresh with lots of choice, again the staff were excellent
