The Lodi hotel is in an old two-storey building without a lift, with modest furnishings (there wasn't even a table for working in my room), small and uncomfortable rooms, and above all in poor conditions. The windows are in poor condition and in winter it is therefore difficult to have the rooms well heated; for the same reason, the acoustic insulation is very poor and the room is therefore noisy, despite being located in a fairly quiet street. In my bathroom, in modest conditions, there was no bidet and the sink plug was missing. Breakfast is served late, from 8am, which is a problem for those traveling on business. It is not a buffet and it is very scarce: no savory food, only basic drinks (coffee, tea or cappuccino served in paper cups), croissant and biscuits and nothing else. Possibly the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. If the hotel had hostel prices I would have found the experience fun and not unpleasant. But it costs like a real hotel! So the experience was also the worst value for money I remember in my life as a traveler. The only positive factor is the staff, very friendly.
