La ubicación es buena. La habitación y la limpieza están bien. El desayuno muy malo, no merece la pena pagar cinco euros. El hotel está en una cuarta planta y el ascensor no funcionaba. Nos avisaron por mail que no funcionaba dos días antes de llegar. Al parecer, lleva estropeado desde mayo y en los días que estuvimos allí no había nadie trabajando para repararlo. Confirmar con el hotel si funciona antes de hacer reserva. No tiene recepción 24 horas como indican en la página, te dan un número de teléfono para llamarles si necesitas algo. Y el domingo tampoco están en todo el día.

J’ai voyagé avec ma mère et mes deux petites filles. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, nous avons pu pratiquement tout visiter à pieds. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits, la chambre était propre, les linges de bains étaient changés tous les jours et les lits refaits. L’hôtel a organisé le transfert entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel, cela nous a coûté 60 euros par trajets. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de Boby, un membre du personnel, qui a été très accueillant et bienveillant avec nous, il a été très serviable, merci à lui. Nous regrettons juste l’ascenseur en panne (4 hauts étages) durant tout notre séjour et le manque de variété au petit-déjeuné.

BED BUGS from the hotel!!!
Two persons of our group shared one bed and both got serious bed bug bites after the stay. When we reached the hotel for refund, they stated they had bed bug issues in the past but refused to admit they have now, suggesting we might have allergy. When we showed the doctor's note of bed bug diagnosis, they just closed our conversation and claimed us trying to "steal money" from them.
It was very shocking how they treat their customers.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and soft pillows. The bathroom was very clean and open with big windows! Nice shower, the only downside is that it lets all the water out! Apart from that, highly recommend it
