Camera piccola ma accogliente,bagno nuovo e ristrutturato,nota decisamente positiva il parquet e invece nota decisamente negativa che le camera non hanno alcuna privacy,a nostro malincuore abbiamo potuto sentire tutte le conversazioni dei nostri vicini,ogni minimo rumore pure quello dell'interruttore della luce !!! Staff cortese e disponibile ad ogni richiesta,sia alla reception che alla sala colazione.Colazione con prodotti vari e di qualità,l'unico neo era lo spazio molto ristretto inadeguato a contenere tutti soprattutto in questo momento di pandemia,eravamo quasi uno adesso all'altro,tanto che noi facevamo colazione velocemente senza rimanere troppo.Posizione della struttura comodissima per raggiungere i punti più caratteristici della città.Eccetto qualche modifica e che non ci è stato fatto trovare in camera lo spumante ,che era previsto dall'offerta della nostra prenotazione ( per cui è meglio non promettere cose che poi non si fanno!!!) Siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

We booked for two nights this past week, with the free cancellations and also free bottle of sparkling wine & breakfast package. This hotel is not as described- the reception area was at another hotel a few blocks away. Our room phone was broken, making it challenging to communicate with the off-site reception. We also had to walk there to checkout in the dark at 4 am with luggage. We never received the sparking wine & were told housekeeping ‘forgot’ and that we could get it the next day (which we couldn't do bc we were flying out early). When we had to unexpectedly check out a day early they were unwilling to give us any refund or discount on the room despite the above. The upshot is that it was an easy walk to both Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. But, so are many other hotels.

Très agréable hôtel, emplacement idéal, petit déjeuner excellent, seul un défaut à la chambre 305, la douche fuyait et nécessitait d’éponger à chaque utilisation

Good location and great service
Fantastisk tæt på alt! I varmen blev vi rigtig glade for aircondition på værelset og det skjulte køleskab var et ekstra plus, så vi hver dag havde koldt vand at tage med! Dejligt med rengøring hver dag. Simpel men lækker morgenmadsbuffet med venligt og smilende personale. Vi nød at spise på tagterassen!

Great little place.
It should have been clear that we needed to check in at another hotel down the street. They forgot our third bed, but promptly brought it. The room was immaculate. They allowed us to store our luggage and it was in our room when we checked in. The young man at the front desk was wonderful. All the employees we encountered were nice. The rooftop breakfast buffet was great as were the girls that served it. Location was great. Overall a good experience and I would recommend it.

City Break
Hotel situated very convenient to city centre. Hotel staff were very friendly. Reception at the hotel was not staffed and had to use the reception at nearby Hotel Concordia.
