Very good! Italian people are very welcoming, especially when I bumped my forehead and got a bump, the front desk was so kind that he gave me some ice. I even forgot to ask his name! If I return to Rome again, I will still choose Baroque!

The location of the hotel is very good. The room is not big but the facilities are quite complete. The bathroom and toilet space are relatively large. The breakfast was very rich and the staff was kind and friendly.

This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. Sure, the rooms are not that big, but that is to be expected in a hotel like this in Rome City Center. The breakfast (included) is top notch: everything is prepared freshly every day and it shows! Suzana and Mariacan are the BEST!! The reception is what makes this place awesome. We went there for our before marriage trip and they were so helpful in guiding us through the city, with restaurant recommendations and a last minute Golf Cart tour, which was so chaotic and fun! Special mention to Daniel and Chastert who were our guiding lights in our journey. Don't think about it twice. This is the place!!!!!!!

What an absolutely wonderful stay we had Hotel Barocco. Even before we arrived, I had communicated via email with the staff regarding room requests and booking a van to take us to the airport when our stay was over. The service was beyond reproach. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. The rooms were beautiful, good sized, and had everything we needed. We had drinks and snacks in the bar and the bartender was so friendly and delightful. The location was great - maybe a 3 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Walk to shopping and other sites very easily as well. Perhaps the best hotel stay we've ever had.

I just returned from a fabulous trip European trip including a 3-night stay at the Hotel Barocco. We had three rooms (multi-generational family vacation with my parents and two teenage girls). We spent two weeks in Europe and when we returned, I asked my parents and teenagers about favorite highlights of our trip, and they put Hotel Barocco at top of the list. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The breakfast rooms/food/service were fantastic. We had drinks in the bar in the afternoon that were amazing. Walking into the hotel and through the cute hallways you get such a feeling of being in a unique boutique hotel so perfect for what you will want in Rome. The staff offered advice on where to eat/how to get places/ordered taxis. Really it was top notch service. One of the rooms was Junior Suite with balcony overlooking Piazza Barberini. It was lovely! The room is spacious with spectacular views! The other rooms were also fabulous. I strongly recommend anyone going to Rome to stay at this amazing property and experience the exceptional service and location.

Excellent boutique hotel in a perfect location. The entire staff made us our family of 4 feel so welcome from arrival to departure. We booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and another for our 2 adult daughters. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with beautiful high quality bedding. Our daughters had a room facing the street and our only complaint was it was hot because the sun came in all day and the air conditioning couldn’t keep up. We had a drink in the bar each afternoon before heading to dinner and we want to thank 2 wonderful bartenders, Marco and Stefano. Both were excellent with service and company. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay the next time we are in Rome.
