La Griffe Hotel Roma

La Grippe Rome Hotel was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in over 30 years. Moreover, I am a hotel major who graduated from the Swiss Hotel School 35 years ago, and am currently working in the related industry. Moreover, I have never written a letter like this before. La Grippe Rona Hotel had substandard service, staff training was poor, and they were very rude. It was my son's high school graduation trip, a once-in-a-lifetime trip. We invited a pastor and his wife in Korea and their daughter in the U.S. and we booked three rooms with my wife. At check-in, they checked us into a room just below the party hall without saying anything. There was a power outage for a long time in the evening, so we contacted them, but even then, they had no idea about the power outage, and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep, so I went to the front office and complained, but they couldn't do anything after just saying sorry in passing. So, when I got angry, the staff even attacked me very rudely, using the expression "I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T BUILD THIS HOTEL." I requested to change all the rooms, but they only changed one room and said they couldn't change the other two rooms, so I turned a deaf ear to those two rooms. It was very uncomfortable, but I said hello to the person in charge the next day and tried to just move on. But when checking out, another inexplicable thing happened. When I checked in, I asked them to sort out the amount I had deposited on my card, but they said they didn't know and even got angry, using the expression "WE DON'T STEAL YOUR MONEY." It was so unpleasant that it felt like racism for a moment. I don't think any of the hotels I booked through Trip.com were as bad as this one. I am thinking about telling people around me not to use this hotel. I hope Trip.com will check this hotel and take appropriate action, and I hope to receive some compensation. Please reply.
