The bed made us itchy for the days that we were there. The room is very noisy on a daily basis, i can hear everyone talking, cleaning, leaving their room. For 2nights out of 3 the fire alarm have been ringing. Not forgeting, to get to the hotel you will need to climb up slopes/stairs unless you came by car. Strongly do not suggest this 2 star hotel.

It was nice because it was close to the Spanish Steps and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. However, it was a shame that there was no free bottled water in the rooms...

It's a quite small hotel, but it's not a problem considering about it's excellent Location.Breakfast is delicous and the staffs are super friendly.

Το ξενοδοχείο αυτό βρίσκεται στην ιδανικότερη θέση, στο κέντρο της Ρώμης, στην ίσως διασημότερη πλατεία, την Piazza di Spagna. Οι τιμές είναι πολύ καλές για την θέση που έχει καθώς και για τα δωμάτια που ήταν καθαρά και προσεγμένα. Το καλύτερο σημείο για περπάτημα και περιπλάνηση. Μέχρι εκεί. Το πρωινό ήταν απαράδεκτο σε σημείο που δεν μπορούσαμε να φάμε τίποτα. Το προσωπικό καθόλου ευγενικό και φιλικό, πλήν κάποιων, όχι όλων, στην ρεσεψιόν.

This was not a four star hotel. The hotel is very tired, reception area sparce needed painting, check in staff very friendly. One receptionist who was a middle aged man was most helpful and friendly at all times.Had to change room , it was so dark. We were moved to a lovely fourth floor room. Plastic glasses in rooms, no coffee or tea making facilities in room, no complimentary water in rooms.Breakfast was a hit and miss. Bacon ran out at 10am one morning and we were told chef would not be cooking any more as it took to long and the breakfast concluded at 10.30am. Two staff waitresses under pressure but very friendly. The hotel itself is centrally located which of course is a big advantage, however the hotel itself could make a better effort at very little cost to make our stay memorable.
