Excellent location near the metro. We booked more than half a year in advance and asked for 2 single beds if possible, the request was not fulfilled, so I conclude that they simply do not pay attention to requests. The hair dryer in the bathroom is stationary, very low power, turns off after 4-5 minutes of drying long thick hair, so if anything, immediately ask the reception for a portable hair dryer. Before going to bed, we discovered that there was only one blanket. At the reception, the man was very unhappy with my request to give us another blanket, said that they would bring it to us tomorrow, allegedly he cannot leave the reception and cannot tear himself apart at everyone and everything, although there was no line of people there

The location is very good, close to the station and next to a supermarket.
However, the room is very old, has a strange smell, and is not clean.
The breakfast was not tasty except for the bread.

It's close to Termini Station by subway, but the facilities and environment are not that good. I sent an email in advance asking for a twin room, but they said it was full and it was difficult, so they took some measures, but there were no blankets, so I slept with a bed sheet. The breakfast was just average.
