Pros
- Location wise is really convenient, 3 minutes to Termini
- Cleanliness is great not seeing any dents
- Service is great as well greetings and welcoming guest from the first minute til we check out.
- breakfast wasn't top notch but suits a 4 - star rate
- lots of restaurants nearby
Cons
- As it's too near to the main rail station, it gets really noisy all day.
- need to pay for drinking water
- too little plug for charging and don't have one near the bed

The toilet doesn't flush properly and it's cold
The building next door is right in front so I can't open the curtains and it's very stuffy.
There's also dust on the carpet.

This is a great hotel, located next to Rome Termini Train Station, a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has a rich breakfast, an elevator and a 24-hour front desk. What touched me most was that although I was going to Milan and Florence for a week and would not stay at the hotel when I returned to Rome, the front desk allowed me to store my luggage at the hotel for nearly a week without charging me any fees, and also stored my luggage separately to avoid mistakes. The hotel gave me a very good experience.

I stayed at its sister hotel MASSIMO, which is opposite. They gave me and my mother a king-size bed room, which was divided into two single beds the next day. Excellent service.

Check-in is because the order received by the hotel is different from the one booked by Ctrip. I contacted Ctrip customer service and the solution was very quick. The hotel also upgraded the room type. Overall satisfied. The location is great. It's close to the train station, so there are many people. Breakfast is okay, but it can be a bit noisy if you're busy (no matter what, it's much quieter than at home, with the music turned on, at least there are no loud noises)
