This is the first time I give a bad review, and it is also the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Because it involves personal safety issues, the hotel is next to the train station, which is very, very unsafe. During the day and night of the first day of stay, a strange man violently knocked on the door and twisted the door lock hard to try to enter the room. After yelling loudly, the person outside the door did not answer and continued to twist the door lock vigorously. A few minutes later, this person went to knock on the door of the opposite room again. I reported it to the front desk, and the front desk only said that it might be cleaning or going to the wrong room, but the cleaning person on this floor that day was a woman, and if it was the wrong door, it would be impossible for her not to reply after I questioned several times. I only stayed in this hotel for one night, and I didn't have the courage to continue staying for the remaining two nights. Saving my life is important. If I really broke in, the consequences would be disastrous. The hotel is very old, and the classic room on Ctrip is not like the picture at all, it is just a very small single bed. If you want a bigger bed, you can only pay extra money temporarily. The pictures on Ctrip are deceptive, and it is not the double bed in the picture at all. The soundproofing is so bad that the snoring from the next room is like ringing in my ears. There are also all kinds of noises outside the window. This broken hotel makes people nervous and gives me a very bad impression of Rome.

I booked a hotel on Ctrip more than a week in advance and paid for it. On the day of travel, the app changed to "booking failed" and there was no other notification. After arriving at the hotel, I found that the room I stayed in was different from the description in the order. The description said the room was large, with a king-size bed or two single beds. In fact, there was only a very narrow small bed. You can see it for yourself by looking at the photos. The overall feeling is that I was deceived by Ctrip.
