Very good hotel with nice staff. Rooms always clean and every night we found a small compliment together with water. They even complimented us with a card and a box of chocolates for our anniversary together with a room updated. Much appreciated. Breakfast was very good with omelettes to order. Hotel is about 20m walk to major attractions.

The lobby was luxurious and clean,
and the staff were friendly, but they made us wait a little early because we arrived a little early, so I felt a little disappointed with their customer service. Usually, if there is a room, they will let us go early... but I think it was because there was no room. I got tired of waiting, so I asked when the room would be available, and they looked flustered and let us in right away. It looked like they forgot.

Everything about our stay was superior from our upgraded suite to morning breakfast. All staff were so friendly and prepared to make our stay even better. Great hotel in the center of Rome. Nearby is the Villa Borghese park, close to all attractions. Nearby is a metro station and a grocery store (50 meters).
Good mattresses and pillows. Park view rooms are the best.
