Everything is very good. Close to the station. There is a refrigerator in the room, a hair dryer. Hot water is good. There is heating. Good buffet breakfast. You can leave your luggage for free.

I must admit that the structure is very clean and welcoming, the room is small but well equipped and living there was pleasant. The room is quiet despite the road below with a lot of traffic. It seems to me that we can give a distinction and suggest buying the rooms.

Comfortable location just a step away from Termini. Very good breakfast on the terrace on the top floor with views of the city. Friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are small but sufficient and the street can be somewhat noisy, comfortable mattress and pillow. Good value for money. I would repeat

Small rooms, you can hear all the noise outside of a room, i couldn t sleep because of a drunk guests next door, receptionist and management did nt do anything to stop them. I wrote a complain and nobody answers. Breakfast was poor, scrambled eggs with blue color, bacon hard, bread dry and hard. Rude receptionist on our check out. To expensive for that kind of a services. For me and my friends simply awful.

Spotlessly clean room, great location for us near main station and lovely staff. Great restaurants in the area. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Manager gave excellent food recommendations and we felt genuinely welcomed. Would definitely stay again if we visited Rome.

We stayed at this hotel with my colleague for a week. It's practically in the city center. Most importantly, when we arrived from the airport, we came to Termini station, and the hotel was only a 7-8 minute walk away. Buses and the metro to anywhere in Rome are very close to the hotel. If you're going to Rome for the first time, definitely stay at this hotel. The restaurants nearby are also amazing. Eleanora and Valeria are truly professional and treat their guests like family.
