It is about 10 minutes' walk from the central train station, and the main attractions (except the Vatican) can basically be reached within 15 minutes' walk.
The hotel service is indeed as others have commented, very warm and meticulous, the room is cleaned every day, the items in the mini bar can be tasted for free, and new ones are added every day.
The daily breakfast is mainly a variety of desserts, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. When they see children, they will specially send special desserts. If it happens to be a birthday, they will also enthusiastically send cakes. There are 6 of us, and two of them have birthdays for two consecutive days. We stayed for 3 days and ate cakes for 2 days.
The hotel also has a gym and a spa, but we did not experience them.

The location is okay. If you drive by yourself, please note that this is ztl. You can ask the hotel to help you apply for a waiver of the fine. You can walk or take a taxi to the scenic spots. The best hotel I have ever been, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, the breakfast is amazing, everything so good and fresh, the Spa is to die for, i had a massage aswell and it was very good, they also give free products in the fridge for you which is a bonus, very clean, the position is amazing not far from town center, I wish I could go back now. Big should out to ever employees, always with a smile, always nice, nothing is too much of a problem, thank you for making this experience for me so effortless
