A very spacious hotel, convenient for the EUR area, although you can only get around by car. The breakfast is generous, but be careful during peak tourist periods, as it can be difficult to find a table (and there are long lines to get in for breakfast). The pool is lovely; it's a shame about the gym's very limited hours (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM), which make it practically unusable for business travelers.

The location is good if you have a car. Although there are public transport options, it's a bit far, but it's a 30-40 minute walk to the center of Rome. I personally went with my young daughter and stayed at this hotel because of the pool, as it was hot. They didn't inform us at any point that the pool wouldn't be available. On the downside, there are pools nearby, but they cost €18 + a small one €24 for the three days I stayed; everything adds up. Regarding the rest, I bought a wine to enjoy another day. Since they had a problem, they changed the restaurant and charged me again for the bottle. They opened a new one without telling me, and they would put it downstairs. The bottom line is, I didn't even drink the bottle I paid for twice. Aside from all that, the reception and hotel staff were very friendly, and if you don't speak Italian or English very well, they do their best to understand you. I'm leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth because what could have been great was marred by things that could have been mentioned earlier. Finally, there was an event nearby, so bus lines were limited or had to go elsewhere. Check with the hotel before going to plan for these issues.

AC WAS BROKEN THE WHOLE TIME, THE HOTEL KNEW THIS AND YET NEVER FIXED IT,WE PROMISED THE FIRST NIGHT THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WAS OFF DUE TO THE HOUR 8PM BUT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF THE NEXT DAY. WE CHECKED OUT TODAY AND LAST NIGHT WAS GIVEN SOME B.S. ANSWER ABOUT WHY IT WASN'T FIXED. FOOD WAS DECENT BUT EXPENSIVE SERVICE WAS SLOW AND RUDE AS WELL. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL IN OUR 16 DAYS IN EUROPE AND OF COURSE IT WAS FATHERS DAY YESTERDAY SO IN MY OPINION IT WAS GROSSLY NEGLECTED AND I DIDN'T CARE ABOUT IT ONE BIT.PAUL S ORLANDO FL 6.16.25
