Hotel Roi

Hotel nel quale non tornerei, all'arrivo in camera (non so se sono tutte così piccole, parlo ovviamente solo di ciò che ho visto) mi sono subito saltate all'occhio le dimensioni sconsiderevolmente ridotte, non adatte alla vivibilità di una persona: Il letto incastonato in un armadio con le due ante ai lati, a pochi centimetri dal muro di fronte, sul quale è montato un tavolino pieghevole che non permette il passaggio verso la finestra. Il bagno incredibilmente ristretto e limitato, il WC, vicinissimo al lavandino, non permette l'efficiente utilizzo del servizio e la doccia che, per i primi tre giorni dei quattro trascorsi qui, non offriva l'acqua calda. Inoltre gli spazi enormemente ridotti non ti permettono di avere uno spazio in cui posizionare la valigia. Tra gli altri disagi riscontrati annovero la mancanza di una presa/comodino vicino al letto e l'utilizzo di un arredamento poco curato. Tra le cose positive rientrano una logistica invidiabile in prossimità della fermata della metro e la possibilità di avere molti bar, pizzerie, rosticcerie e pizzerie nei dintorni. In sintesi il prezzo non vale ciò che viene offerto.

Esperienza tutt'altro che positiva. Pulizia degli ambienti scadente, in particolar modo del bagno (ai limiti della decenza). Posto discutibile per abitabilità. Prezzo estremamente alto rispetto al bassissimo standard che si offre. Nemmeno alla richiesta di pulizia, la stanza è stata sottoposta a nettezza. Condizionatore degli anni 80', di bassa efficienza. Le immagini riportate sui siti di prenotazioni sono totalmente fuorvianti rispetto alla realtà. Unica nota positiva è la logistica. Per il resto, esperienza da dimenticare! __ Not a positive experience. Poor cleaning of the rooms, especially the bathroom (at the limits of decency). Questionable place for habitability. Extremely high price compared to the very low standard that is offered. Not even at the request for cleaning, the room was subjected to cleanliness. Air conditioner from the 80s, low efficiency. The images shown on the booking sites are totally misleading compared to reality. The only positive note is the logistics. For the rest, an experience to forget!

Σε πολύ καλη τοποθεσία,κοντά οι σταθμοί και οι στάσεις λεωφορείων και μετρό,ευγενικό προσωπικό,η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερη. Επίσης ενώ θα μας έδινε καθημερινά χυμό και συσκευασμένη μηλόπιτα βρήκαμε μόνο την πρώτη ημέρα. Επίσης μας ζήτησε 40€ παραπάνω από τη συμφωνημένη τιμή αλλά εν τέλη δεν πληρώσαμε παραπάνω. Σχετικά καλη επιλογή για μπάνιο και ύπνο.

The location is great, with supermarkets, cafes, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, transport, everything on your doorstep. We arrived during the night and they explained to us how to get our room key. The room is small but enough for those who only arrive at night and leave early in the morning. The room and the bathroom were in good working order. The staff and the owner, Andrea, were very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness was always 5 stars. We arrived home very satisfied with our choice.

We stayed 1 night in this structure and we were fine. We were hesitant about the shared bathroom, but we were not too bad at all, it was clean and there was everything you need to clean it yourself before and after use. The managers were very kind, patient and attentive to our needs. We definitely recommend.
