This hotel was perfect, check in/ check out was very organized. They let us leave our bags at 10am so we could go explore and had them waiting for us in our room when we returned. Complimentary water bottles and coffee were in the room for us. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nice and clean. It was also in a perfect location for shopping/ right by a bunch of restaurants. I recommend Arlù if you’re in the area!

I traveled to Roma last week solo, and needed a quick and easy place to stay. I almost NEVER write reviews of a hotel, but I absolutely needed to for the MDM Luxury Guesthouse because it was that good, and people have such a wrong idea about this place. I needed to book last minute because other plans fell through. I got an amazing price, and the value was outstanding. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. It is a small hotel with impeccable service. The rooms were cleaned each and every day. There is water available in a mini fridge. Excellent if you want to buy some other goods to keep in your room. The bathroom was very comfortable, and I might even say it was a cool bathroom. The shower was spacious, and had great hot water. The staff were so kind, and helped me every time I needed. The TV was great, and the Wifi was fast. The hotel is so close to the Ottaviano metro stop and it is easy to get here from FCO. You are steps from the Vatican and there are great restaurants and shops all around. I especially loved its proximity to Piazza Risorgimento. Many lovely restaurants all around it. Please don't listen to the bad reviews!!!! I travel constantly, and was so worried after I booked that I would be unhappy but I was so pleasantly surprised. This hotel was lovely, and I would absolutely stay here again.

I was beyond surprised. In meeting the representative inside who was so warm and helpful and showed us to our room, to the room, which was great as was the bathroom, to the fruit platter…this was fantastic! The guesthouse exceeded all our expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was always clean and well made up. It’s close to the metro, but Rome is also so walkable, that we ended up walking to almost every site and place we visited. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Bellisimo!

Good The front desk i think his name of Joseph was very helpful. The room was cleaned every day of my 3 day stay. All in all good central place

You should know that this isn’t a hotel but simply a floor in a random building. No amenities like a lobby or restaurant. Incredibly overpriced for what it is. I asked them to refund me as I was deceived and they refused.
