so the location is very convenient, a few mins walk from the roma termini. room is nice and Krishia from the reception is helpful and kind. the boss Afredo is a bit grumpy and unfriendly though.

Clean, convenient location, but not a hotel, more like a B&B. There is no lobby, no one is on duty at the small service desk from 7pm to 7am, the door may be locked at any time, if you check in at night or you finally find the door but it is still locked, you don't know what to do, if you know this situation, you will definitely not choose this hotel, breakfast is standard for a motel.

It is very close to Termini station, for easy travel around Rome, located in a quiet area, the rooms were very clean every day, the bed was great with a new and quality mattress that made it easy to rest after the long walks each day and the breakfast was not very extensive, but of quality, and they also allowed us to bring it down to the room for those who did not go up to breakfast.
They also kept our bags for us on the last day until 5:00 p.m.
In short, a great stay, and we will come back again.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, check in and checkout went smoothly with no issues. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to travel to see all of the sites.
