The hotel is cozy, very well located and the staff is amazing. We would like to especially thank two dear ones: Francesco and Robert; super helpful, attentive and very dedicated to making our stay better; with tips, suggestions and guidance on what to do. I would happily return to the hotel. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff is also very friendly. The Nòmina restaurant is fantastic; we loved the experience, the meal! Don't miss it! The location of the hotel is very good, 7-8 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The room is small but the price is very high, but there is a pitfall! The water and coffee in the room are free only on the first day. We stayed for three days and no one told us. The price we paid plus the city tax was 1700-1800 per night, so I would give it a 2.5 point overall.

The friendly service was impressive. The room itself was small, but it had everything you need. There were Illy coffee capsules, and I remember there were hotel-provided slippers. The location is great for sightseeing. There are some good restaurants nearby. Honestly, it doesn't seem like a 5-star hotel.
