This hotel is terrible. They overbooked and arranged us to a different hotel. I checked Google Map and it was 2.6 points... There was no name of this hotel on Ctrip. The hotel did not have any complaints or feedback. They ignored any questions.

Very good hotel just in a two steps from Termini station. Great staff, cosy room, luggage store. The choice of things was limited in breakfast, but ok.

This hotel is walking distance to Roma termini station. It is clean and organized and cheaper than other hotels. There are no special services or gym or pool at this hotel. It is good to use for a few days. I checked into this hotel twice. The first time I checked on, me and other people were sent to their fellow hotel that is owned by the same manager since there were mistakes from overbooking.
