Esperienza positiva, letto comodo e camera pulita (anche nei cassetti più improbabili non c'era un filo di polvere!), proprietario molto cortese e disponibile, ci ha permesso di tenere la camera oltre l'orario di ceck out, prezzo inferiore alla media della zona. I 4 pallini invece che il massimo sono dovuti a dettagli, che tuttavia possono fare la differenza... riscaldamento assente nei bagni, tv mal funzionante, camere molto piccole e in alcune il bagno è decisamente scomodo. Posizione eccellente.

Amazing stay !! Great location !!
Great Location !! Gianluca and Martina are amazing hosts!! They make sure we have all the info available to enjoy Rome !! Hotel located near the vatican !! And metro is within walking distance.

Superbra service - Nära till tunnelbana/buss!
Casa 901 ligger perfekt placerat i Rom. Nära till båda buss och tunnelbana som tar dig vidare till kända landmärke i stan.
Servicen och mottagandet var något av det bästa vi upplevt under vår 5 veckor långa resa. Ett varmt välkomnande, kaffe, rekommendationer och information på ett mycket trevligt sätt! Hade absolut bott här igen.

Très bien situé, ménage tout les jours et dosettes café aussi, petit (5 chambres) donc peu de voisin, dans un immeuble au 3eme avec ascenseur, les chambres sont assez spacieuses, il y a la Clim, la télé Connectée italienne, un vrai bonheur à petit prix pour Rome.

Really quiet inside courtyard room, bed really comfortable, room modern and very clean. Lift access, which is important as on 3rd floor. Complimentary Lavazza coffee was a welcome bonus. The location is in a quieter part of Rome but this is a desirable asset for many travellers and there are many good restaurants in the area. Did I mention that it's only 25m from the Lepanto Metro station (just 5 stops from Rome Termini) and has very friendly and helpful owners?

Gianluca was very friendly. He asked if we needed assistance getting to location and with our consent arranged for a private transfer from Rome airport. Once we arrived we were greeted and had only a short wait to check in despite arriving hours before designated check in time. After flying all night from USA this was much appreciated. Room was very clean and Air conditioning worked great. Highly recommend.
