The staff is super kind, we arrived late and forgot to coordinate the check in, Luca kindly met us at the hotel at 22.30 and accommodated us in a really patient and professional way.

El lugar es muy lindo, limpio, cama cómoda, posee cafetera y pava, así como frigobar. La ubicación excelente, muy amable el personal y la atención excelente. Está cerca de todo, se puede recorrer Roma caminando sin problemas. Muy recomendable.

The room itself was perfect, clean, comfortable and spacious. We had trouble getting into the apartment block as it requires a key and we did not contact the property ahead of time. So definitely contact before hand to save the confusion. Staff were lovely. The lift is quite small and old fashioned, and if you are to walk there is 5 flights of stairs to the room but apart from that the place is great. It’s safe, secure and was not loud at night either.

Beautiful room with two Juliet balcony's and chandelier, exactly what you'd expect of an Italian hotel, right in the heart of fashion street. I can't recommend this location enough. walking distance to the trevi fountain, Vatican city and the Colosseum,

Nós só temos elogios a fazer. O quarto é espaçoso, cama muito confortável, tudo limpíssimo e cheiroso. A decoração é uma graça. O nosso quarto possuía uma varanda e era uma delícia admirar a cidade de la. Apesar de não falarmos inglês e nem italiano, a comunicação não foi um problema. Eles fizeram de tudo para se comunicarem conosco e nos deram toda a assistência que precisamos. Nos sentimos em casa e ficamos até tristes em termos que ir embora. A localização é ótima! Fica a poucos minutos de caminhada de muitos pontos turísticos, facilitando a ida a pé para vários lugares. Na rua ao lado há um supermercado Carrefour e vários restaurantes, gelaterias e farmácia. Muito bem localizado mesmo. Com certeza numa outra visita em Roma, voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui novamente.

This was my fourth trip to Rome and if I was to go again I would 100% book this hotel. Location is perfect, a stones throw away from Spagna station & the Spanish steps and surrounded by cafe's, bars, restuarants & shops. The staff were brilliant. It does not have a full reception but they are positive communicators which allows for them to bethere when required. They also allow bags to be left at the hotel after your check out, previous places I have stayed at in Rome either did not allow this or wanted more money for this service. Room was clean & spacious, lovely balcony to sit out on in the early evening with a beer.

El hotel está situado a un minuto caminando de plaza España. Las habitaciones y el baño son muy grandes, así como también las camas que además son comodísimas y todo está limpìsimo. El personal del hotel es muy amable y Víctor es un fenómeno. Sin duda un hotel de referencia.

We decided to spend New Year's Eve in Rome and we chose Domus Spagna as the reference, precisely because it was located behind the Spanish Steps. The location is very central, the rooms are very nice. There is no breakfast, but we had a kettle with herbal teas and a coffee machine with pods available. Apartments are very clean, excellent soundproofing (although it was New Year's Eve we didn't hear anything, except one who was vomiting badly, but the Pope in the Vatican certainly heard it as well), warm environment, above all thanks to the manager Victor, a kind person , friendly that allowed you to take candy with both hands. We are really satisfied. My compliments to the management and to Victor I dedicate the song "Червону руту Не шукай вечорами Ти у мене єдиний Тільки ти, повір Бо твоя врода То є чистая вода То є бистрая вода З синіх гір"
