Apollo Apartments Colosseo

This place mesmerized me as you walk through the very tall front doors at the street level, then walk a bit to the first level and walk up again to another level to our room. super quiet place, clean, host was amazing as he walked us to our room and explained everything and made sure the WiFi worked . Close to everything, colosseum , and all the other main attractions.

The manager was absolutely delightful. Accommodating, polite, helpful, friendly, just lovely. The apartment was huge, offering enough space for us and our two older teenage children to have privacy. The apartment was serviced, clean and extremely comfortable. The only negative was the shower head which was broken. We had to hold the shower head to be able to shower. This and some other minor maintenance needs is the only reason we've rated this as a 4. Otherwise we can't fault it. As we've told others, we stayed in a beautifully presented hotel in another country, where the customer service left me in tears. It was deplorable. Whilst this apartment wasn't as fancy, the customer service clearly put this accommodation as one of the top of our list.

Great room, excellent location, was able to walk everywhere but metro just outside if you need. Staff super friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the room which was restocked daily and also complimentary umbrellas should the weather take a turn
