Very good experience in this accommodation, our stay was pleasant, the accommodation is very well equipped. The only downside is that the accommodation is poorly soundproofed.

So, a day before check-in, I did not receive instructions for settling, and I did not know at all how to act, where to get the keys, whether someone would meet me, at least the administrator's phone number (Active!). when I arrived, I went to the building at the address indicated in the voucher. There was just a front door with no reception. No one answered the calls on the phone number indicated in the voucher. But there was a phone number on the sign in front of the door, the girl answered, but she said that she no longer works in this apartment, but she gave a valid phone number to Michaela, an employee or the owner. It's good that he responded quickly and sent all the details further. I left my luggage and checked in later. Possibility to leave luggage — This was the main advantage of the apartment! :) Upon check-in, I was met by Mama Michaele, who, unfortunately, does not speak English at all. Apparently, therefore, she could not explain how to use the elevator, and that in case of problems with the front door, you can open it by code. Therefore, when we arrived at 23:30 and our key did not open the door, I wrote / called Mikaela again, he sent the code. But it was possible to send all this earlier, and then we would not have stress.
