Réservation faite en mars 2022 pour septembre 2022 (pour 10 personnes). Afin d'obtenir des informations complémentaires, l'hôtel est contacté aujourd'hui. Il nous est alors indiqué par la réception de l'hôtel qu'aucune réservation n'a été enregistrée dans leur système, suite à une erreur de leur part, cela alors même qu'un email de confirmation a été reçu et que les coordonnées bancaires ont été transmises. De plus, les chambres ne sont plus disponibles et aucune solution alternative n'est proposée (si ce n'est des chambres à des prix exorbitants et 3 fois plus cher qu'initialement). Inadmissible. Nous regrettons beaucoup cet incident, ce d'autant plus que nous étions déjà clients de l'hôtel.

Ogni angolo e’ una cartolina , una fotografia , non ho mai parlato con la proprietaria ma sono sicura che questo e’ stato lo spirito con cui lo ha ideato perché ha un’anima . Ho un debole per questo hotel. Per ora credo di aver avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in tre camere differenti e posso dire che sono una più bella dell’altra, tutte curate nei minimi dettagli e accoglienti. Il personale è davvero pazzesco, un vero personale dei sogni: rispettosissimi, seri e professionali. Qualsiasi vostra richiesta viene esaudita con disponibilità e gentilezza. La colazione è incredibile, perché oltre alla particolarità della colazione compresa nel prezzo, ci sono degli extra super, come le uova cotte in tantissimi modi differenti, che rendono il risveglio ancora più speciale. Anche il mini bar offre una scelta ampia e di qualità, con tanti prodotti tra cui scegliere. Un posto dove tornerei sempre volentieri.

Ottima location. Si trova in centrissimo. Personale gentile (quando c'è!). Non aspettatevi i servizi di un 5 stelle. Né colazione, né servizi in stanza di quel livello. Bello l'arredamento e bella la stanza. Non ci tornerò. Mi spiace perché ci si trova praticamente in via del Corso. La posizione é degna di nota

This was my visit to Rome after a long break of 10 years and so we chose a hotel in the very center. The hotel itself is small, but the rooms are quite spacious, not big but cozy. On the 5th floor they serve a wonderful breakfast, with a large selection of dishes and a stunning view of the roofs of Rome. These views set the mood for your whole day. All the hotel staff are simply incredible, very friendly and attentive to any request. Any questions are resolved instantly. Very convenient concierge service via WhatsApp. It is the hotel staff that creates the best impression of the hotel. And of course I want to tell you about our New Year's dinner at the hotel. It was unforgettable!!!!! All the dishes, the atmosphere, the decor and the service were simply excellent. We and our friends were simply delighted. I thank each hotel employee for such rare and exceptional service. Even in the most luxurious hotels you can not always find such service. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
