This was a very frustrating check in experience. We did not find out the exact location of the apartment until our exact check in time, and I had to contact the host for it - the apartment address is close by but was NOT where we were staying, so carrying all our luggage to two different places was not ideal. Upon arrival the apartment was not ready. We had to wait over an hour for the cleaning person to finish, thankfully he was very kind. The apartment itself was great but I would not book again due to the check in experience and would rather avoid that.

We stayed in this hotel recently for a long weekend in Rome. It was clean, spacious and a great location for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave local recommendations and helped us sort taxis to and from the airport.

Very good location, great service, clean and modern rooms, very tasty breakfast, close to all attractions, very safe area! Special thanks to Mrs. Wiktoria and Sara, very good organization and great help! I recommend! We will definitely return!

Great location!
We stayed in the Annex building. Excellent Location. Lots of stairs, so not for someone with mobility issues. Also in a pedestrian only area, so the taxi cannot stop in front of the building. Very attentive staff and clean and comfortable room.

Posizione eccellente nel cuore di Roma a due passi da piazza Navona. Camera confortevole e pulita, nota di merito alla splendida vasca al centro della stanza. Accettano cani quindi ancor più apprezzato. Colazione essenziale ma ben servita.
