A relatively new hotel, located close to the train station, with a small square in front of the hotel and the Basilica of Our Lady right in front. The room is a little small. If you have two big suitcases, you probably need to spread one in the bathroom. The bathroom is very large. The hotel is located a five-minute walk from Termini Train Station. There is a bigbus station on the main road at the entrance. You can buy tickets on the bus and take this bus back to the hotel every day. I personally don’t think it’s necessary to buy Roma pass when staying in this hotel! The staff in the lobby are also very thoughtful and patient. There are free umbrellas in the lobby when it rains! The breakfast is standard European! The size of the twin bed is not European mini, but it’s OK!

Family trip, booked a room with a sofa bed, the room is big, the bathroom is also big, clean and comfortable. A word to the front desk staff who received us at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Rome...no professional ethics. We booked a 32 square meter room, but the room we were assigned was a bed with little space, about 10 square meters + bathroom. At first, they said we made a mistake and there was no such room. After asking him to look at the order again and again, they said the agent made a mistake. Once again, they said that this room was a suite, and it was someone else who booked it, not us. They lied again and again, how could they have any bottom line. Where is the professional ethics that Hilton Hotel should have! After getting off the plane at more than 6 pm, I immediately took a taxi to the hotel to check in. It was not until after 10:30 pm that I checked into a small room of more than 10 square meters + bathroom. The front desk asked the duty manager to say that he was not there. It was so late that I didn't even have time to eat dinner, and the surrounding area had already gone off work. The front desk of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is so unethical. I wonder how the hotel will deal with such employees? DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel should not have such unethical front desk staff...cheating customers.

The room was small and the suitcases could not be opened. Some rooms facing the street may be a little noisy at night, but it was much better after changing rooms. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. It is close to the Colosseum and convenient to other attractions by subway and bus
