Very nice staff, the environment is clean, and the location is near bus stop, taking approximately 10 minutes to the metro station.

The room had everything I needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a little small but useful. However I couldn't get TV to work. Hostel is about and hour far from the center. It is not close to the metro station but there are many buses. It was a great deal for its price. I enjoyed my stay here.

Overall, it's good, but I found the subway access a bit far. The room is smaller than I expected, but I received good service when I needed it, and the receptionist, even though he's a newbie, was great.

Worst customer service. In particular, the late-night pigtail manager's indifference makes me wonder why he is there.
Also, it is the worst hostel if you include the cockroaches that run around when the lights are turned on at dawn.
This is not recommended as it is an old hotel that does not fit with the long history of Rome. If you like cockroaches and are looking for a cheap hotel in Rome, I won't stop you.
Oh...and there is no refrigerator/water, so keep that in mind too.
