No help from staff no manager available. Expensive camera stole from room. Rooms not safe and dirty. Only thing staff did was rekey card. Numerous unlocked entry ways into building and unlit hallways. Had to walk to police station and file complaint only to find out they are closed.

L'hotel è enorme e anche abbastanza dispersivo, se "sbagli" ascensore ci vuole un po' per ritrovare al camera. Le camere sono ampie e pulite, mini bar praticamente assente, solo le due bottigliette d'acqua.Distributori automatici ad ogni piano. Il personale della reception è molto cortese. Bar molto poco fornito, è solo possibile prendere caffè e aperitivo. Pasti sotto la media. Colazione a buffet buona ma di scarsa qualità. Pranzo a buffet da mensa aziendale. Altra pecca, è lontano da tutto, comodo da raggiungere solo in taxi. Punto di forza il wi fi, gratuito e soprattutto veloce a tutte le ore, una rarità in Italia. Per lavoro va bene ma sarebbe meglio migliorare la ristorazione.

Hôtel très sympathique!! La piscine est vraiment chouette et le déjeuner vraiment rien à dire! Du choix pour tous les goûts! Cependant il reste quand même éloigné du centre de Rome donc pas pratique si vous êtes venu pour visiter. Mais il y a des bus ( il faut bien marcher pour y arriver). Il n’y a pas de petit frigo dans la chambre mais la salle de bain est très bien!

We arrived for ling weekend trip. Great facilities, well equipped and lively and clean room. Shower has no door but we worked around it. Staff very helpful and a good selection for breakfast.

Con riferimento alla mia prenotazione on-line effettuata e pagata anticipatamente, in data 5 Giugno 2025, mi sono ritrovata a non poter soggiornare presso la medesima struttura nella notte tra il 29 e 30 Giugno , e costretta a dover prenotare presso un altro albergo della zona, alle ore 22:30 e seguenti !! Spiego meglio l'accaduto: al nostro arrivo intorno alle 19 : 40, ci viene comunicata l’impossibilità di procedere al check in per via di un mancato funzionamento al sistema informativo e di avere pazienza per qualche ora affinché tutto venga ripristinato! Ne approfittiamo per andare a mangiare qualcosa, visto il lungo viaggio sostenuto. Al nostro ritorno intorno le 22 mi viene espressamente detto dalla Sig.ra Serena (alla quale ho dovuto chiedere il nome ripetutamente in quanto non fornita del cartellino identificativo e che si è più volte rifiutata di darmelo), che si presenta come unico responsabile al momento disponibile con cui poter parlare, che non solo il problema sussiste ma non sa se si risolverà e soprattutto in tempi brevi! Vista la stanchezza, la necessita di riposare per via del concorso di mia figlia del giorno successivo, insisto affinché ci venga fornita una soluzione e chiedo spiegazioni su come mai non ci sia stata data tempestiva comunicazione, dal momento che il problema "pare" si sia presentato già dal pomeriggio. La Sig.ra non sa fornire alcuna risposta e alle mie lamentele su dove potessimo trascorrere la nottata, mi risponde dicendomi che avrei potuto inviare una mail per chiedere il rimborso della somma pagata - non fornendo alcuna soluzione alternativa! Mi sono vista pertanto costretta a provvedere autonomamente. A questo punto spero di ottenere effettivamente il rimborso del servizio non fruito.

La mia esperienza all’Ergife Hotel di Roma, è stata purtroppo molto negativa. Il personale è stato spesso scortese, in particolare al ristorante, dove l’atteggiamento è stato arrogante e per nulla accogliente. La camera, pur essendo esteticamente piacevole, presentava problemi gravi: la televisione non funzionava e, cosa ancor più inaccettabile in queste giornate afose di luglio, nemmeno l’aria condizionata. Ho provato a contattare la reception, prima con il telefono fisso della stanza e poi dal cellulare, ma mi hanno risposto infastiditi dicendo che sarebbe passato qualcuno, anche se “non c’era un tecnico disponibile”. Non è mai arrivato nessuno... Trovo assurdo che un hotel di queste dimensioni non abbia un tecnico reperibile alle 21 di sera. La colazione, sebbene ampia in termini di scelta, è stata una delusione: prodotti secchi, latte non conservato in frigo. Inaccettabile. Non mi dilungo oltre: non consiglio questo hotel e non ci tornerò.

Debido a que Aerolìneas Argentinas cancelò nuestro vuelo (1141 ) nos alojaron en dicho hotel. Exteriormente es muy lindo e internamente le falta mantenimiento. Hicimos el check in alrededor de las 00.30 del dìa martes 17 y nos entregaron la llave electrònica correspondiente. Fuimos a la habitaciòn 2733 y a las 03.15 horas cuando estàbamos durmiendo sentì un ruido en la puerta y al abrir los ojos vi la luz prendida del pasillo de ingreso a la habitaciòn. Me levantè y encontrè una persona de color vestida con un short blanco con lineas a los costados roja y negra y remera blanca. Le preguntè en inglès que hacìa y me dijo que era su habitaciòn. Le respondì que era la nuestra. Despuès de unos segundos logrè que se retirara Luego de esta situaciòn fue difìcil lograr dormir Al dìa siguiente fuimos a hacer la queja a la recepciòn y encontrè que otras dos personas a las cuales les habìan asignado habitaciones en el mismo piso les habìa ocurrido lo mismo. Eso demuestra la falta de seguridad y la responsabilidad tanto del hotel como de la lìnea aèrea que debe velar por nuestra protecciòn. Las personas de la recepciòn muy amables pero evidentemente no es suficiente. Por otro lado, a las 10.00 horas cortaron el aire acondicionado cuando habìa una temperatura de 34 grados.
