Sometimes they were playing music loudly, sometimes they were talking on the phone loudly. In fact, it was just that the soundproofing in the room was too poor. They open the door downstairs for you remotely and give you instructions. There has never been a staff member. If you don't speak good English or find it troublesome, just give up. It was so troublesome, I had to type and make phone calls all the time, and do it all by myself. Of course this service model is acceptable, but please mark it out clearly. It makes it seem like there is a front desk (when there isn’t actually one). I don’t know who is doing false advertising. Overall: Worst place in the whole of Italy. Could Ctrip please not list this kind of house? Because I trusted the platform, I did not do further research and ended up making a big mistake. Room: Very musty and smelly.
