Strategic location 15 minutes walk from Termini station and a few steps from the Manzoni metro from which you can reach all the places in Rome. You can access the structure in complete autonomy 24 hours a day, the reception is present only in the morning from 9.00 to 11.30 approximately. The room is clean and tidy, nothing is missing. The necessary for breakfast is left in the room (really very abundant) but it is also possible to have breakfast in the reserved area where you can also find fresh croissants. Elena and Liliana very kind and sweet. We will definitely be back!

Nice enough
It was a nice enough stay. I did think the photos on the site made it look a bit nicer than real life, and the bathroom was very small. But the bed was very comfy, and it was clean.
One point of note - i was very grateful i'd packed ear plugs. the traffic noise was quite loud, and on the Saturday night there appeared to be a nightclub in close proximity, which played heavy bass until 2am.

Não gostamos da estadia. Longe de tudo, bairro deserto. Nenhum atrativo. Longe do Metrô. Difícil acesso. Roupa de cama e toalha antiga. Difícil comunicação com proprietários. Enfim não indicaria.

All’arrivo stanza maleodorante. Maglia della porta del bagno rotta. Il primo giorno non siamo riuscite a fare colazione perché non è arrivata in orario la cameriera. Alcuni yogurt erano scaduti da un mese…posto silenzioso. La cameriera ha riconosciuto gli sbagli.

Excellent staff was very helpful. The room were clean, bed were comfortable. About a 10 minute walk from the Termini train station. Great restaurants around the hotel. A grocery store close by also. Very safe in the area late at night walking. Just an all around great stay. The only down side the hotel is hard to locate. More visuals on the street would help or on their website especially for the walkers coming from the train station. It’s across from a car dealership/repair shop and the Jeep sign is directly across from the front door. Hope this helps someone.
