Excellent in all aspects, although it says that the last time to enter the hotel is 9:30 p.m., we arrived at 5:00 a.m. due to a flight delay and they received us very well and without problem.

The location of the hotel is good, about 15 minutes from Roma Termini. Very good breakfast. The size of the room and bathroom are perfect. Room cleaning is very bad. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and the only thing they did was make the bed. Air conditioning worked, but it looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning in a long time. Would not stay again . Bad value for money.

I got a room with a balcony, but it smelled bad when I went in. The breakfast was OK. I stayed for two nights in total. The next day, the air conditioner was broken. I went to the front desk at night and no one came off work at night. I left a note saying that the air conditioner was broken, but there was no one there.
