The location is very good, because it’s just in front of the subway entrance. It’s comfortable for families, there is a small kitchenette, cleaning service was every day. The only disadvantage is the noise coming out of the street.

It's almost directly connected to the Manzoni subway station, so it's very accessible!
The room was spacious and had most of the kitchen utensils, so I was able to use them without any problems (note that there are no seasonings).
They contacted me in advance about the check-in time, and I was also given a detailed email with photos about self-check-in, so I had no problems!

We booked 3 nights here for our family of 4, including our special-needs son in a wheelchair. This is not a hotel—it’s a run-down building with no staff after 5pm. We arrived at 7pm to find no reception, 20 steps with no lift, and a shabby, unsafe entrance. We had prepaid, but were still charged €55 extra for city tax before being allowed in. The room was filthy, damaged, and totally unfit for families or anyone expecting safety. The receptionist lied, promising a refund after we explained we had to leave for our son’s safety—then refused it when the agent followed up. Other guests’ reviews confirm this: no A/C, broken furniture, scam breakfasts, graffiti-covered walls, phishing emails, and zero nighttime support. This is a dangerous, mismanaged place that scams people, especially tourists. It should not be allowed to advertise as a 3-star hotel. Do not stay here.

We arrived late in the day, only to find the power was out. The hallways were pitch black and our room had no electricity. There was no one working reception.
I had to text with someone about the predicament, and she was completely useless.
The security keypad to the front door was not functional, due to power outage, so any random person could have entered the building.
Absolutely awful experience for my first night ever in Rome.
Requesting a refund ASAP, *******, and you should remove this dump from your site immediately

La chambre ou plutôt l'appartement est très spacieux et très propre. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. L'emplacement est très bien situé car il est juste au niveau du métro. Pratique pour se déplacer dans la ville et rapidement. Il est à 15min à pied du Colisée, ce qui est très pratique également!
