l bed & breakfast è al terzo piano di un palazzo, fuori non è segnalato c'è solo il nome sul campanello arrivando di sera se la proprietaria non ci avesse guidato non avremmo mai trovato il posto. Non è un hotel, non hanno mai cambiato le asciugamani e il terzo giorno ci hanno lasciato senza carta igienica. Abbiamo pagato la tariffa con colazione di 50 euro in più per tre giorni, la proprietaria ci ha fatto delle storie alla fine il carnet che ci ha dato valeva solo per un cornetto e un cappuccino costo 3 euro al bar, scandaloso ci ha guadagnato 30 euro e noi dovevamo integrare la colazione con panino e succo. Per la cifra pagata non vale la pena ti senti fregato.. mai più!

The room was extra large, it had a private balcony, the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in in Italy and Marina, the host, is very welcoming, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic little place in the heart of Rome! Beautiful room with a balcony were you can watch the sunset and rise! The lady who owns these suits was extremely welcoming on arrival and helpful. She provided us all the information needed to get started in Rome. Restaurant recommendations, an app which had access to the trains and trams in Rome city. She recommended Panella for breakfast and it did not disappoint and Ristorante pizzeria Michele for dinner. Beautifully family run business and the fresh pasta was incredible! Towels provided, room had a shower and a little mini fridge which was helpful to keep the water cold. Lovely! Would come and stay again!

We really enjoyed this place for our stay. Marina was absolutely great as our host. She was friendly and gave us some great places to eat and was available to help anytime. The place is hard to find due to no signs but its very close to the train terminal. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed two days in this property, the location is strategic in the Esquilino district, close to the center and also to the station, you can get around very well on foot, but if you don't want to walk the metro stop is very close, the rooms are welcoming, well-kept The added value of the stay was getting to know Marina, our Host, and her friendly and helpful advice added something extra to our stay.
