We loved our stay! The balcony was amazing and hotel staff was extremely helpful. Great area and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It was a bit loud at night because there is a restaurant on the first floor. It didn’t bother us and added to the vibe on the balcony - but might bother other travelers.

I would stay as far away from this place as possible. We checked after a long flight from the United States and were told the elevator didn't work. We were then escorted to our room on the FIFTH floor. The elevator was never repaired during the three days we were there, so we had to walk up and down very uneven, dangerous stairs. On the last morning of our stay, my wife went to take a shower and there was NO WATER. We had to leave without being able to wash. I booked this hotel with points from Delta that were reserved through *******. I emailed ******* multiple times, and the answer is that the hotel will not respond? What type of business arrangement is that?

A gem of a stay. What a location! My wife and daughter wanted to move in. The staff (Fabrizio) was incredibly kind, as was the cleaning services. All were super helpful, and again, the walkable area to restaurants, piazzas, gelato, shopping… just perfect. Grazie!

The photos were misleading. It showed a full appartment while we had a tiny room. The odor from the AC was horrible.

DISGUSTING This place is disgusting. I don’t know how this place has good reviews considering the state of this room. It had an ant infestation coming from the metal trim of the shower. I understand a few ants here or there but they were crawling out of the metal hole in the shower. There’s mold on the ceiling corner, not sure if the usually paint over so that’s why the review is overall great? The AC remote had gunk and was greasy as soon as we looked at it. The picture of the AC remote was after we even wiped it down. The picture of the tissue with yellow on it, is what came off when we were lightly rubbing the remote. The tissue with the dead ants if just what we killed in one spot from the bathroom as soon as we checked-in. Not to mention the curtain looks gross and the headboard had that oil/dirt stain. When I complained there was no accommodations, no refund, nothing. No help and they claim that the room is cleaned everyday. I sent over these pictures and asked what they make of the yellow tissue and mold. They haven’t responded.
