this was a great hostel. The staff was super friendly. Kim was super helpful and fun. He hosted karaoke nights in the lounge and had an answer for any and every question! I really enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back !!! Super central to the train station and walkable to the big sites to see !

Me and my friend stayed here in april 2024 for 3 nights and found the hostel disappointing. We booked a 4 bed mixed dorm and ended up sharing with a couple who were probably in their mid 60s (we are 18 & 20). Unfortunately this made us feel quite uncomfortable as young women, as all other hostels have policies where people over 45 need to use a private room. After a horrific night sleep because of these people (obviously behaviour of the guests is out of the hostel’s control) we went to ask to move rooms and we were instantly dismissed by the receptionist who defended the people we were sharing with despite us making it clear we felt unsafe. The toilet stank to the point where we were gagging (clearly a plumbing issue) although the room was decent itself. But the kitchen was very basic with what smelt and looked like someone’s dirty laundry left in one of cupboards. One member of staff randomly walked into the room without warning went into the toilet and then walked out again at 10.30pm without saying anything. Overall very disappointing and not the place to go if you are a young woman.

The rooms were very basic with unmade beds, you felt that the staff didn't care about you and that they only wanted to keep your money, the treatment was terrible, when we arrived everything was very poorly organized and it seemed like you were going to enter a cave or something So because when you enter it is not the same as what you see in the images, and once you entered it didn't make things any better, the water was either very hot or very cold and you couldn't shower comfortably, you could tell that there was little cleanliness in general, and the truth is that it is in a neighborhood full of graffiti that could easily sell *****.

The room cards open all the doors, it doesn't matter what room you were staying in, the card would open any door. The staff is very rude, shouts at customers and does not have any type of respect towards the customer, especially the one who was located in the reception area, who even punched the elevator to the rooms. The rooms were dirty and with unchanged sheets, noticeable to the eye. Most of the beds had non-existent or poorly placed boards, which caused you to fall while sleeping, potentially causing injuries. The shower, without being cleaned, did not work well, you would either burn yourself or freeze. The neighborhood in which it is located is a neighborhood which does not transmit good trust. In conclusion, regrettable stay.

If you want bed bugs and unhelpful and rude staff, who are clearly lying about how they handle the bedbugs problem, this is the place. Furthermore, if you want dirty rooms to sleep in and lots of noise from the street, you should definetely go there. Horrible experience.
