The location is relatively remote. After all, the price is cheap. It takes about 10 minutes to take a bus to the nearest subway station.
It's a bit far from the supermarket and there isn't much food nearby. There is a pizza shop next to the hotel that is very popular and there are many people eating at night. Ha ha.
If you have a car, you can live there. The room is big enough.
The front desk is also professional and the WiFi is pretty good.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovato molto bene. Tutto era in ordine: la pulizia impeccabile, la colazione buona e varia, e l’ambiente nel complesso accogliente. Un plauso particolare al giovane alla reception, che si è dimostrato molto cordiale e disponibile. Quando si è presentato un piccolo problema in camera, ha prontamente avvisato il personale delle pulizie che è intervenuto immediatamente per risolvere. Davvero un ottimo servizio!

Ho soggiornato in una camera mansardata dove la temperatura era insostenibile: 31 gradi e l’aria condizionata non funzionava. Ho chiamato più volte la reception e ogni volta mi rispondevano con un vago “sì, ora la accendiamo”, ma non è cambiato nulla. Ho passato la notte letteralmente a morire di caldo, con una finestra che neanche si apriva. Una situazione davvero inaccettabile. In più, la camera era sporca, con polvere evidente sotto il letto e sui mobili, segno di una pulizia superficiale o inesistente. La colazione deludente, con una scelta molto limitata rispetto a quanto ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel che si definisce a 4 stelle. Tutto questo è semplicemente vergognoso. Non tornerò e non lo consiglierò a nessuno.

Un esperienza negativa, senza poter farmi una doccia perché senza acqua calda, chiedo in reception e mi viene risposto che avvolte succede che la colpa è di ACEA, ma che io sappia ACEA non fornisce acqua calda!!!! Io non ho parole nel descrivere la maleducazione che ho ricevuto dalla reception di questo albergo: ho chiamato per sapere se era possibile una culla in camera poiché avevo visto disponibilità di camera su booking ma volevo parlare direttamente con loro. Un "tizio " della reception in modo frettoloso mi voleva liquidare perché " aveva sotto un'altra telefonata " e mi esortava a mandare una mail per richiedere la disponibilità e mi diceva di continuo che aveva un'altra telefonata sotto che voleva soddisfar tutti i clienti. A quel punto ho detto che anch'io ero un cliente e volevo informazioni. Alla fine ho chiuso dicendo che forse non hanno bisogno di me come cliente. Sono molto mortificata che vergogna
