Ci siamo fermati in questo hotel durante il nostro cammino lungo la via Francigena. Hotel nella norma con camera spaziosa e ottima prima colazione. Si trova lungo il tracciato della via francigena sulla cassia. Tranquillo nonostante sia sulla cassia. Avevamo il cane e il personale è stato molto gentile con noi.

Deludente.
Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel. siamo stati ospitati in una struttura attigua a quella principale.
Il soffitto del bagno mostrava una perdita che "sfogliava" l'intonaco prontamente segnalata (di cui la reception non era a conoscenza?).
Box doccia abbastanza incrostato ...
struttura molto datata e mantenuta male.
Prezzo non adeguato al servizio.

Adventure off the beaten path
Quaint little property with what seems like rooms crammed into every available nook and cranny. It definitely isnt what Americans think of as a typical hotel, but it's charming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

Sognavo una doccia calda ed è rimasto un sogno
Una struttura fatiscente. Con il bagno dove dopo minuti l'acqua non diventava nemmeno tiepida. Mi hanno cambiato la camera e la cosa è migliorata leggermente. Grande disponibilità da parte del personale che però è valsa a poco. Non vale il prezzo pagato!

Accoglienza alla reception del Sig. Stefano è stata a dir poco sorprendente. Persona decisamente professionale e competente e rara da trovare in questi tempi. Ha soddisfatto ampiamente le nostre richieste sul soggiorno e la scelta della camera. Un plauso a questo Hotel recentemente ristrutturati di buon gusto che ha ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Grazie e complimenti ancora per la bella accoglienza

Servizi e camera non adeguati al costo della camera stessa, abbiamo avuto problemi con il bagno non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema in nessun modo .saremmo dovuti tornare ma cambieremo struttura . Ci dispiace che in una struttura così grande non vi siano servizi adeguati per i clienti
