Great place to stay, safe area and close to Rome Termini station, clean room and perfect to stay a few days. Spacious room Warm welcome from the hosts, available and attentive! We recommend this guesthouse with our eyes closed!

Good location. Large comfortable room. Polite staff, but the property is not staffed continuously and that caused some difficulty in receiving my delayed luggage from the airport.

Check in i understand that there would be no reception however having received an email requesting i complete all my details and arrival time the least i could have expect was the courtesy of a reply along with details to check in. Neither so when i arrived at the given time no one was home. So i had to telephone and asked what was happening. A young lady arrived betwern 5 -10 minutes later.

The accommodation was comfortable.
(powerful aircon, dishwasher, washing machine, fridges)
The location was great( almost right next to Castro Pretorio Metro station) A big Conad supermarket is near, a small Pam super market and a pharmacy are just across the road)
The host communicated with me fast and well. Airport taxi arrangement was reasonable for my group.
A little concern was ants in the kitchen area, but if you don’t leave any food around, I don’t think you have any problems.

Pros: Good location, walking distance to all amenities and Termini. Clean room, clean sheets. Friendly staff who are present to check you in, after which they are absent. It is essentially a self-service guesthouse. About: Forget the 5 stars. It's a modest 2-3 stars at best. It's basically an old apartment on the 5th floor in one of Rome's grand old townhouses. It's been divided up into 6 rooms, all ensuite. Questionable decor. Cons: The dividing walls are paper thin. Whatever your co-guests are doing, you will hear it - flushing toilets, hour-long showers, conversations, TV shows, crashing shower cubicles - you will hear it all. My a/c turned on, but didn't cool. Conclusion: if you are not fussy, and don't want to pay an arm and a leg, this is for you. Just don't expect anything remotely 5-star.

The B&B is located in a central area of Rome, excellent for easily moving around to visit the city, both for arrivals and departures from the capital. The staff is friendly and helpful, offers all the essential services for a good overnight stay. I would gladly return
