La peggior camera che ricordi nella mia vita. Mi hanno detto che era l ultima camera disponibile ma e’ un buco vecchio e indegno. Bagno con odore di scarico, senza bidet, e doccia non funzionante. Penoso. La ragazza della reception incolpevole era imbarazzata nel fornire spiegazioni.

It was a terrible experience. When we arrived at the hotel (located inside an apartment and therefore a building), it took us 15 minutes to understand where we entered, since there was no sign and it was on a floor of a building. After arriving at the reception we went to the "room", a tiny room, when we entered we could even hear the flushing of the bathroom next door, all made of plasterboard. The room was horrible and DID NOT COINCIDE WITH WHAT THEY PUBLISHED, a horror, bedspread with dots, dirty and an infinite sadness to the whole environment. As we entered we left. We cancelled and there was NO REFUND, neither for the UNSUCCESSFUL STAY nor for the TOURIST TAX. DISGUSTING. TERRIBLE. SHINING. To send the controls, who knows!

Rapporto qualità prezzo inadeguato, parcheggio non presente, ho parcheggiato in strada e l'auto mi è stata danneggiata. La stanza è essenziale, c'è il minimo indispensabile e lo stile è semi moderno, frigorifero minuscolo. La prima notte, siamo stati senza acqua calda in bagno, che è stata sistemata il giorno seguente. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, è stato segnalato ma non è stata riparata per tutto il soggiorno. English: Very good location, many typical trattorias and restaurants of various kinds nearby, supermarkets, bars etc. bus stop with 6 different lines nearby. metro stop about 1 km away. friendly and helpful staff. these are the positive things, the negatives are all in the room: despite the brochure describing it as completely renovated, it is only partially, as they told us at the reception after our complaints only a part has been renovated. in the first room the toilet seat fixed with tape, peeling wallpaper, humidity bubbles in the wall, minimal table fixed to the wall, with one of the 2 unstable feet, room for two people rather small, with only one chair, plus there was a piece of cheese in the fridge left by previous guests that was not removed. they gave us another room, but barely better. at least the bathroom had a window, with a view of an internal courtyard with the air conditioning machine, so with the window open a lot of noise. always peeling wallpaper. cold radiators. even the plumber they sent to solve the problem didn't find the solution, so to heat the bathroom a bit we used the hair dryer. old furniture, plus other details that I won't mention
