Room was in a separate building and was like a very small apartment. Location couldn’t be better though. It was in the best location posible with everything walking distance.

The hotel is in a very good location, facing the Plaza de España. We booked a suite, which was very large and had stairs, making it very convenient for getting around. The surrounding facilities are very complete, making it the perfect choice for travel and leisure.

Apart from the good location, the service is average. Although the room is large, it can be seen that it is not well maintained. The room is not in the main building, but in another building 500 meters away. I will not stay there again.

Very disappointed with our weeks stay here. We were apparently upgraded but to the annex which has no facilities of the main hotel. Breakfast was awful in the annex, couldn’t even eat the toast which was much different to the main hotel breakfast. Internet was iffy for the first few days but they did change the router and supplied us with a bottle of bubbly to compensate. It would appear the photographs are old and so is the website, we asked about the fact there was no minibar, were told that it hadn’t been there since COVID!!! Can’t believe they are using that as an excuse, I did suggest they update the webpage. For the cost of staying there we felt it was a complete rip off!! The place needs a good overhaul

Booked and paid for 3 superior rooms at The Inn on the Spanish Steps in Rome via Jet2. Jet2 guaranteed that booking through them meant we would have rooms in the main hotel. When we arrived we were taken to a side street Annex - not in the main hotel. When asked what was going on the hotel staff said they had no rooms left in the hotel - so we had to stay in the Annex. When I pointed out the Jet2 Guarantee the hotel staff laughed and said “that’s not our guarantee that’s Jet2’s”! Jet2 did nothing to help. Simply said we’d have to raise a complaint via their customer service when we got home. Cr@p service. Would not recommend this hotel or Jet2. Poor. Poor. Poor.
