Unica Suites Rome

This is the first time I give a bad review to this hotel. The attitude of the front desk staff is hard to describe. I don't know what they are so arrogant about? Because we booked late, there were no double rooms for the first night, so we spent more than 2400 to book a four-person executive room for the first night, more than 1800 for a double room for the second night, and more than 1400 for a double room for the third night (only one person stayed). Then he asked why you booked three orders, it was illegal for the second night, you have a child, he can't stay with you. After I explained that we can pay the extra child fee for the second night (Rome is my last stop in Italy, other hotels probably pay an extra fee of 10-15 euros for children), he said that he would add 50 euros (500 Hong Kong dollars) to change to a triple room for the second night, and I accepted it. Then he said that the child also needs to pay a city tax of 5 euros per night (other cities have never charged). I accepted it. After paying, we went to the room for the first night. It was much smaller than the picture, far from the 35 square meters described (at most 20 square meters). We then went to trip.com to coordinate, but it turned out that trip.com took the blame and asked us to pay 140 euros (1400 Hong Kong dollars) to change to a room of about 39 square meters, but the room was in another building. I proposed that the price of the executive room for four people on the second night was more than 1800, the same price as I booked, so could we just stay here? The hotel front desk responded that it was not possible and had to change the room, without considering whether it was troublesome for us?! I will not come to this hotel again. The price is not low, and the facilities and services are the worst! They did not admit that they gave us the wrong room, and their attitude was contemptuous and deliberately embarrassed customers. But I gave a five-star praise to trip.com and actively helped solve the problem.

The location is very good. There is Renaissance Department Store nearby, and Plaza España is convenient for shopping. Tourist attractions are also within walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. Overall, it is highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Trevi Fountain. The room is in good condition.
