Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo B&B e ci siamo trovati benissimo!!Ottima posizione (a pochi metri dalla Metro - fermata Ottaviano e a pochi minuti dal Vaticano), pulizia impeccabile (ogni giorno veniva pulito il bagno e rifatto il letto), buona colazione inclusa nel prezzo (era fai da te ma non mancava nulla, vi erano affettati, toast, latte, the, caffè, succhi di frutta, yogurt, marmellate e burro, plum cake fatto in casa ecc..). Consiglio di soggiornare presso questo B&B perché il mio fidanzato ed io ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente se decideremo di ritornare a Roma!!

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Allerdings ist ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer gewesen (evtl. Abwasserrohr), der sich leider auch in unserer Bekleidung festgesetzt hat. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut, viele Dinge sind fussläufig erreichbar und die Metro ist gerade um die Ecke. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und der Service (Abholung vom Flughafen) hat gut geklappt.

Avoid!
The hotel contacted me to arrange airport pickup. After picking me up late, I was then dropped at a locked hotel and left in the pouring rain. The proprietor said they would get there in a few hours. At this point we had no choice but to find another hotel.

One of the best B&B properties I've ever been, Sara the manager is highly reliable and always contacts us constantly. I would recommend this place to anyone that's visiting Vatican area cause it's really close and walkable.

Sara the manager was wonderful and very accomodating. I highly recommend this stay. It’s a more B&B vibe. Very good location. Close to transport and close to Vatican City. Great food options around also

We stayed one night in this property. Given that I had paid €70.00 one month in advance. Upon our arrival the lady's welcome was with the news of the boiler breaking. For goodness sake, it's no one's fault, but we couldn't shower after 9 hours on the train. What disappointed me is that, as a hotel manager, he could have used solutions to recover the inconvenience and he didn't. He could have offered us at least a minimal refund or given us a voucher for next time. However, none of this. I just know that with all the trips I will have to make to Rome from now on, I will never set foot in that place again!
