Very good family-style apartment hotel. The owner sent an email in advance to confirm the arrival time. After arriving at the store, Lisa enthusiastically introduced the accommodation requirements and precautions, and gave a map with various markings to provide guidance for traveling in Rome. The room was very quiet and the breakfast was very good. The landlord was also very enthusiastic and helped to call the fastest taxi when leaving the store.

Truly a hidden gem and it’s really the people that bring the warmth and love to this place!! To be honest, this place is not an obvious find, as it is a building with no big signs. But we were able to get a ride arranged to and from the airport, which made things very easy. Please make sure to have cash to pay :) The elevator is very small and not the most modern elevator we would see in the U.S. I was a little unsure in the beginning but since the review had 5 stars, I knew I had to give it a chance. We were immediately greeted with warmth and because we came so early, we were able to eat breakfast while we waited for our room to be cleaned. It was very nice that we were able to check-in earlier than we had expected, and this was the start of our amazing time in Italy. The breakfast was delicious!!! It was simple, but honestly was the best and it felt like I was at home. The location is also prime. It’s right in-front of the metro and walking distance to the Vatican. If you wanted to jog around, you would definitely hit a lot of the tourist sites! The only feedback I have is that the water in the showers does leak to the bathroom floor… but they do provide large bath towels, that kept the floor dry. Other than that, highly recommend this place to stay. It is probably the best choice in this area. Would definitely stay again :) ** just as a side note. We stayed here the entire time (about 5 days) and also booked trips that picked us up from this hotel (or we went to a meeting point that was 10 mins via metro) and saw Amalfi/Positano and Florence/Pisa. It was a very convenient location to do other tours in Italy! **

Perfect
Lovely quiet and spotless guest apartment. Gianluca is a perfect host and his team are kind and warm. We had full on days sightseeing and returning to our room to rest was such a treat. Thank you Gianluca and your staff.

Fantastic stay! Lovely host and attentive staff who helped our family make unforgettable memories during our trip to Rome. Extended family of 14 easily accommodated. Host kindly helped to arrange transportation and provided restaurant recommendations for our large party. Wonderful stay!

Cute guest house with old world charm. We had a very nice stay at Casa Marini, had good communication before our stay. Easy to find, only down side is no lift so you will need to drag you luggage up several stairs. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Place was close to the train station not a bad walk.

Super recomendo pela excelente localização, quartos amplos e atendimento impecável do Gianluca que comanda o lugar. Café da manhã excelente e feito com carinho. O preço do quarto é extremamente vantajoso. E se você estiver com veículo tem vagas na rua onde pode parar tranquilamente. O Sr. Gianluca está sempre disponível e responde muito rápido, além de dar muitas opções de roteiro e restaurantes em Roma. Lugar que eu irei me hospedar novamente quando voltar a Roma, sem dúvida alguma!
