We booked Chapter Roma to save money for our hotels in Amalfi and Capri which were outrageously expensive. We usually stay at 5 star properties but wanted to save money on the Rome leg of our trip and were pleasantly surprised by Chapter Roma! First off, the concierge staff is exceptional handling so much planning and logistics for us ... from dinners to rooftop drinks to an appointment at Hermes :) The rooms were well appointed and the same size as the rooms that cost $2k per night in Capri. The AC was the coldest of all the hotels we stayed in during our Italy trip and the location is really good/ cute. For the price, this is a super choice to stay in Rome.

The staff were great but there are a lot of infrastructure issues with this hotel. We were told that there is no working kitchen. The wifi is unreliable: ever 1.5 hrs the wifi drops and you have to reset everything. The TV non functional. Holes and cracks in the walls. The keys are heavy andnonly one regardless of the number guests staying. Clearly they are in a transition period which would have been acceptable if they were honest about it fro. The start but charging 419 euro per night and 234 euro for 5 shots of tequila and some chips and salsa is a bit arrogant if you're not able to provide true 4 star service.

My wife and I finished our two week Italian vacation with three nights at Chapter Roma and couldn’t be happier choosing this hotel. Chapter Roma is in a perfect location from which to explore Rome. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a cool lobby bar area, a nice restaurant, and a fun rooftop patio. Most importantly, Chapter Roma has world-class people working there, like Roxy, Barbara, Sofia, and many more. They were all so helpful, kind, and fun. If we ever return to Rome, we would definitely stay at Chapter Roma again.

What a wonderful hotel. The location is center to all things Rome. Staff is very welcoming & service is great. The rooms are updated & very clean. Breakfast was incredible - the omelette is a must! Highly recommend your stay here, cannot go wrong!

We stayed at Chapter Roma for the last leg of our honeymoon. The room was very clean and comfortable! We absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast and the rooftop bar! Our only complaint is that the walls are extremely thin. Our room was next to a baby that cried all night giving us very little sleep. However, the location is fantastic and the staff is very helpful!
