They do not respect bookings! and try to shove you to one of their other partner hotels not near Piazza Navona with the excuses that there were plumbing issues or other booking issues (such as not valid card). Most probably they double book the rooms due to the locations and try to transfer you to the other hotels. I booked with them in May 9-11/5/2022 and 12 hours before arriving they messaged me through Whatsup that our room had plumbing issues and they would transfer them to one of their other hotels. When i said i was not interested and requested from them not to charge my card as i would cancelled the booking they proceeded in charging my card and declared me as a no show. I am still waiting for a refund! UNACCEPTABLE. AVOID THEM, the manager Emanuelle was very rude.

Great location and thats all, rooms really small and breakfast serve in the room, very small and not big choice (every day diffrent receptionist brings you food and everybody doing breakfast diffrent, missing some staff or brining not what we ask for ) plus no space in the room to eat for 2 people, side table is good only for 1 person. Place advertise that the have lift but reception have the key and guest are not able to use it( what a joke ) overral bad experience and i will advise to avoid

Vi farei vedere la foto della mia gamba.. (appena tornata dalla prima settimana di gennaio)docce staccate dal pavimento dai 15 ai 20 cm Il genio della ragazza delle pulizie ha lasciato il doccino esattamente rivolto verso le porte (io a questo non ho prestato attenzione… ) solo un genio la lascia così …di solito anzi sempre si lasciano rivolte verso il muro. Ho viaggiato moltissimo nella mia vita soprattutto per lavoro Tutto in marmo quindi scivolosissimo essendo io alta 150 cm ho dovuto per chiudere l’acqua ed evitare l’allagamento mettere anche il piede dentro una botta che vi farei vedere …. In tourn over di ragazze sempre diverse ogni giorno o assenza totale Infatti dopo non c’era nessuno. Consigliato assolutamente no!!! Anche perché è sopra la media Posizione buona

Personale gentile, posizione strategica del B&B. Camera non perfettamente pulita e dettagli poco curati per la tipologia di camera scelta (no sacchetti igienici in bagno, poggiatesta della vasca rotto, carta da parati rotta, piano valigia rotto).

This was a HORRIBLE experience.
Starting: check in - I made the reservation for my husband and my stepdaughter and upon arrival, they struggled to find the door. Given that I had made the reservation, I contacted the hotel number and the gentleman was LESS than helpful, was so rude about my contacting him (versus my husband) and was super rude about the entire check in process.
My husband and stepdaughter were stuck in the lobby of the hotel (you press a button to get in) and the button wasn't working, so they were stuck between the entry doors and the metal doors that buzz you in. Later the front clerk said that the button wasn't working and she didn't know why and the number to the main hotel ISN'T EVEN ON SITE.
Then in the 100+ degree weather, they kept turning off the air unit when they cleaned the room and they'd open the windows so when they returned to the room, the AC didn't have a chance to keep up and they were miserable in the heat wave even though we had a hotel room with an AC unit.
The whole experience for all 3 nights was abismal. Save your money. Go anywhere else but here.

Perfekt for kort tur til Rom
Opholdet var gnidningsløst nemt at checke ind, godt stort værelse. Super flinke personale. Rent og pænt. Morgenmad serveret på værelset.
Det var meget stille og kun larm fra udrykningskøretøjer, på trods af en central placering i Rom.
Vi kommer gerne igen.

Jennifer made the greatest effort to accommodate us when we arrived, since the room was not ready. The rest of the days floor was not swepted or mopped . Requested room with jacuzzi . The buttons on panel were unfunctional . For frequency of people she stay the owner needs to make updates. Overall, hotel is central to Vatican and the coliseum which made it easy to reach areas. Jennifer charisma and hospitalty made the stay enjoyable .
