Chambres dans hôtel particulier. Bon accueil et personnel agréable et serviable. Bien situé près du Vatican et pas trop éloigné des autres visites. A recommander .prrsonnel à l'écoute et serviable. Petit déjeuner un peu frugal mais réservation taxi parfaite.

L’hotel si trova al secondo piano e l’ascensore è rotto. Le camere si presentano decorose ma nulla di che, eccessivo il prezzo pagato per il tipo di camera. Le stanze sono vicine alla reception …insonorizzazione delle stanze è pessima. Alle 4.30 la signora della reception si è messa a parlare al telefono e si sentiva tutto.

Stay away from this hotel!!! We booked a room with air conditioning but the air conditioner wasn't working. We notified the hotel reception who said there was nothing theu could do and we asked for a refund so we could go to another hotel as it was extremely hot and suffocating inside the room. The hotel bluntly refused to refund the money and the receptionist was very rude to us and could barely speak English. In addition the room was dirty and there was construction work right outside our room which was very noisy. The service, facilities and cleanliness of this hotel are terrible!
