The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you ♪ It is a very good place near the Trevi Fountain and the Plaza de España. We had more bread than we could eat for breakfast and a delicious cappuccino brought to our room. Thank you very much 😊

Hôtel bruyant si vous êtes coté rue, établissement vieillissant qui a besoin d'un rafraichissement. Malgré plusieurs demandes, aucune facture envoyée pour vérifier le détail de la facturation, grosse manque d’honnêteté et n'en on rien a faire une fois que vous avez régler, 50 euros de plus que l'initial et un extra de 3 euros en plus pris, c'est quoi la différence ??? Le petit déjeuner est sommaire, café servi tiède, avec des gâteaux sous emballage et un croissant, le jus est industriel, le bonus, si vous voulez du salé c'est un surplus de 3 euros par choix supplémentaire, en plus des 13 euros, donc autant déjeuner un peu plus loin pour mieux et moins cher. Si nous revenons à Rome ce ne sera pas dans ce mini hôtel bruyant et vétuste.

Camera piccolissima e claustrofobica con vista su cortile interno. Bagno degno di un ostello SENZA BIDET . Colazione in camera per che non hanno una sala, colazione scarsissima e di scarsa qualità, se vuoi le uova le paghi 3€ Ah, non si dorme. I muri sono di cartone credo perché sono stata svegliata alle 6 per il ****** della gente che passava in corridoio. Unica nota positiva, la posizione & il receptionist disponibile e gentile!

Residenza Domiziano are serviced apartments with proffesional staff and clean rooms. Rooms are standard hotel rooms with a bathroom. What I liked the best is the location, just 5 minues walk from the Fontana di Trevi and Spanish steps. Also, in front of the accommodation is the nice square with an entrance to a metro station. Also, whole neighborhood is filled with bars and restaurants, so you have a lot of options for lunch, dinner, cocktails etc. Great option for those looking to explore Roman cuisine. I recommend to try restaurants in the streets bellow Spanish steps. Take care that the reception is open till 7 PM and after that time you can use access code to enter the building.

This is a no frills accommodation. Don't expect the amenities like slippers, robes. Just clean, functional and walkable to Piazza Barberini and transit. Mr. Nero is especially helpful.

It is a nice bed and breakfast hotel, clean and tidy, in a convenient location right in the heart of Rome, off Via Nazionale. It is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.
