It is very close to Rome Termini train station, about 5 minutes walk, and it is safe for girls to stay alone. I booked a single room, but was given a loft on the first floor, which actually has two beds. It is close to the street, but not noisy. The air conditioning seems to be not very good. There are two blankets in the closet. I slept under the blankets during the Spring Festival in February. The shower in the bathroom is very big and it is very comfortable to take a shower.
There are not many breakfast options, but it is enough. You can store your luggage for free when you check out.

The building itself is old, but clean and nice. The receptionist was a nice guy and easy to talk to. If you are just staying overnight, it is enough. I don't know about breakfast because I didn't have it, but from what I saw from other people, it was just bread and side dishes.
