The day staff was really nice. My issue was with the night staff. The night of my arrival, which we informed the staff was late at night and later than my friend’s check in, I was received by a quite hostile man who was not informed I was arriving at that hour. Around 2:30am. I had to leave my 🪪 card for him to give me the keys to my room. My name was on the booking as well as my friend’s who checked in earlier, but the guy didn’t bother to review the booking info. It was an annoying experience, but it was late and I was was too tired to make anything more of it.

This hotel is a block from the train station. It is an older property, but rich in ambiance. Lots of rich wood molding and period furniture. We had a room with an absolutely beautiful terrace. Pretty outdoor area with garden and trees. The staff was friendly and helpful. A free continental breakfast featuring excellent coffee was served in a beautiful dining room. We enjoyed our stay.

This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed in Italy.
It was clean and cozy, and when I entered the room, I felt comfortable as if I was visiting my grandfather's house in the countryside.
The hot water came out well too~
However, the bed mattress was so soft that I could feel the movements of the person next to me.
The breakfast was also delicious!

Good value for its price. Everything works well and the toilet is very good. They accept card for the tourist tax too which makes things easier.
